WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Due to the personalized nature of what we offer and the fact that every client will have different needs, we cannot charge a flat rate for any of our services. Instead, we charge an hourly rate for all services, to be determined on an individual basis. The hourly rate begins once we are onsite and lasts until we leave for the day. For residences located outside of city limits, there may be an additional fee to cover transportation costs. For our personal shopper services, the hourly rate starts at the first store and lasts until we have unloaded your supplies and are leaving your estate for the day.
HOW AND WHEN DO YOU EXPECT PAYMENT?
We accept payment in the form of cash or checks (made payable to Kos). Payment is due when services are rendered. For full time residents that request regular services, other payment schedules can be discussed.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Simply contact us via phone, email or this website's contact form and we will get your requested services scheduled.
HOW DO YOU PERSONALIZE YOUR SERVICE?
Once you reach out to us, we will meet with you either over the phone or in person. At this introductory meeting we will get to know each other and how we can tailor our services to meet your individual needs. As your property caretaker, we aim to help ensure that your home is perfectly suited for you and your family/guests.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
For all new customers, yes. We will require 50% of the fee mailed to us at least one week prior to the scheduled date of requested service. Once you are an established client all subsequent service will be provided on the honor system.
CAN I REQUEST A SERVICE THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely! When we say "Personalized", we mean it! If you have a specific need that is not mentioned, please don't be afraid to ask. We will do what we can to accommodate you and if we personally cannot do it, we will find someone who can.
